Translate Bendera Berkibar

Sebenarnya translate ini yang menemukan kang rohman, tetapi saya telah mengganti beberapa kode html-nya sehingga terciptalah translate bendera berkibar. Saya namai seperti itu karena memang benderanya dapat berkibar. Untuk membuatnya tidaklah sulit, Sekarang untuk cara buatnya :

Pertama--> kawan klik addgadget, lalu add HTML/Javascript
